This bowl was super hearty, fresh, and delicious! I couldn’t believe how fluffy the biscuits
were even after being doused in gravy. The gravy isn’t super salty and complements the sausage, kale, and potatoes nicely. Would definitely get this again!
Mouth heaven!! Biscuits and gravy have always been my favorite food dish and I made
a special appearance at BTE just for this dish. I felt like it had good nutrition too, because I was full and energized for the rest of the day.

This was the first breakfast dish I ever ordered here and I loved it SO
much that it's hard for me to want to pick anything else to try whenever I make it in for breakfast or brunch!
Honestly never liked gravy, but after this I think this dish made me really like
gravy!!! Loved it
