I actually enjoyed it. There were only two vegan options on the menu and they
both had seitan but never mind. The real champions were the fresh vegetables and herbs and fruity marmalade made from the garden.

Interesting chutney added a lot of sweetness to this dish which balanced well with the
mayo seitan. Bread choices are great so you can choose what bread you prefer.
This was lovely, and a generous portion. It was a bit bland so perhaps needed
some salt and perhaps a spice. I would order it again and ask for chili on the side. #veganisnotscary
