This consisted of Good Planet Foods mozzarella, caramelized onions, sliced pears, roasted walnuts, and vegan
gorgonzola. Wow! What a tantalizingly delicious mix of creamy, salty, sweet, fruity, and crunchy! And, as usual, the crust was wonderfully chewy.
