did not expect this to be as good as it was! tofu “egg” scramble was delicious, and i loved the mushroom bacon! i enjoyed the way it presented; my only complaint is that there was an overabundance of dressing pooled at the bottom.

I don’t usually go for salads at restaurants, but all of the ingredients in this salad are so tasty that I can’t resist getting it over and over again! The tofu scramble, shiitake bacon, and walnuts take it to a new level.

Delicious huge and filly salad. A lot for the price especially in a city!
