This was suuuuchhh a cool #presentation!
The #soup was at the bottom and you are
supposed to dump the top dish into the bottom. So fun!
The #miso was made from a flageolet bean instead of a soy bean, which was exiting. The dish was very seaweed-forward.
The entire 5 course meal was $150 after tax and tip. Very knowledgeable servers and such a fun experience.
