These are my favorite appetizers there at Au Lac! I just love how crispy they

Chef Itto makes the Vegan shrimp from scratch, they are so perfect! Texture, flavor, everything!
Little jalapeños on the side for that kick that some of us love! I asked for an extra side of the spicy Mayo and it was perfect for them!

second guessing that it’s vegan. If you’ve never tried them you definitely need too! The texture and flavor are unbelievable.
So... I never liked seafood especially shrimp because it grossed me out and I couldn't
believe how similar it looked like to real shrimp!!! I feel like I'm not the best person to try this dish because I do not like shrimp, but my friends absolutely loved it
