Just a quick stop through Gurgaon this time, but long enough to visit my favourite cafe in the city 🙂 Everything is clearly labelled for diets/allergens, and the vibe and service are superb 🙌
This #sushi plate is pricey at Rs.375 for 4 bites (excluding add-ons), but absolutely delicious 😋 The #blackrice and #asparagus #tempura take the limelight, but the #chipotle #veganmayo and #tanuki crisps on top accentuate the good parts of both flavour and texture ☺️ There's more soy sauce than you'd ever dream of using, with #sesameseeds for visual effect 🤩
