Verduras crujientes y saborosas. Perfecto como plato sin carbohydratos.
Meh. I know the vegetables are not supposed to be completely cooked, but that’s why
usually in a wok you cut the veggies really thin or use a lot of greens so that they are at least a little cooked. Here there were almost raw eggplants (ew) and thick slices of carrots (so difficult to eat them). Not too enjoyable honestly.
