So I’m a little torn, because the broth was probably the best vegan miso broth
I’ve had. Just really, really good.
But there wasn’t much seaweed or tofu, just a few tiny pieces floating around. I had other food coming so it wasn’t a big issue and I just enjoyed what was there. But I do think a good miso soup needs enough tofu and seaweed.
I think I’ll try it again and maybe come back with an update—sometimes soup that’s thin on fillings can be a product of timing, poor ladeling, etc.
