First, a clarification: there were 6 dumplings, not 4 as shown in my picture. As
per us, I dug in before remembering to snap a pic.
The dumplings were very nicely fried, the dough was yummy, and the filling was pretty good. Whereas some veggie dumplings I find the filling is not mushy/incorporated enough, I actually found this filling a little too mushy/incorporated for my liking. I want enough distinct texture for it to really seem like veggies.
I think this aspect of dumplings is pretty subjective though, so they might be the perfect texture for you. I would have them again.
