spinach and feta tramezini

Lightly toasted trammezinni, filled with Spinach and vegan feta. I think I might order this again next time. This was delicious, the feta was melting through the Spinach, and it was a joy to eat. We had some visitors on our way back to the car. 2 of the horses are from the racing industry. It amazes me how gentle they were with me after what humans did. They are magnificent beings.
