Artichoke And Cashew Cheese Quesadilla

The picture doesn’t make it look appetising but it’s so delicious. It’s creamy and rich.

I really love this restaurant it has such an amazing vibe to it and is always buzzing, they have really unique flavors of vegan dishes and so exciting to see something like cashew cheese on the menu ! But their portion sizes are so small and they’re R55 per taco or quesadilla :(
