Terral: stewed Jackfruit

The texture of the jackfruit was still too “fruity” for me, not very meaty - but taste was good. Not my facourite but appreciate originality

The first Jackfruit of my life. It is very nice and I will try to find it in a store to cook it also at home. The plate was very good with unexpected range of tastes.
