The Modern Vegan is close to the Las Vegas airport. The location is in a strange strip mall and it has a diner type atmosphere. I got this vegan waffle and did not realize how big their portions are! It was tasty and I took the rest as leftovers. #veganwaffles #apple #cinnamon

absolutely huge waffles! i loved the presentation, and the cinnamon apples were tasty. definitely recommend getting any of their waffles
