Animal Liberation Kitchen set up a brunch pop up today in Toronto’s west end, where
I live. So I went and got this wonderfully delicious sandwich which consisted of breaded crispy chick’n, plant-based Gouda cheese and Parmesan, tomato sauce and greens. On the side were thyme breakfast potatoes and fresh salad. I hope ALK does this again soon.
