Animal Liberation Kitchen set up a brunch pop up today in Toronto’s west end, where
I live. So I attended and got this visually beautiful and nutritious Buddha bowl. It’s got organic red quinoa, roasted chickpeas, avocado, edamame, cherry tomatoes, beets, cucumber, kale, roasted red pepper spread, tahini chill miso dressing and lemon chick’n tofu. Absolutely delicious!!
