Ancient Grains (No Cheese)

Restaurant had little green leaves on the menu indicating vegetarian meals, every last one included dairy. I requested this bowl/salad without goat cheese. It could have used the saltiness, I thought either kalamata olives or a few pickled jalapenos would work. It was still good though. It had a nice chew and sweetness with the cranberries.
