Dish: 2/7 😜 This “vuelve a la vida” or back to life 😉 was good but not delicious Again, I think the food truck has good ingredients but they need to add more love to their dishes. This one was lacking of flavor - simple and with no pepper, salt, love ... something was not there I liked the no-shrimp and no-octopus texture, form and color. #tryharder A quick #nerdyfact about “vuelve a la vida” this dish is original from Venezuela 🇻🇪 but the dish is made of sea animals, all in brine and sold in a jar - by the other hand the Mexican version is more like a ceviche or a cocktail and is typical sold against the hangover 😵 and of course the Mexican version has chilies 🌶 😉 #veganseafood #veganshrimp #streetfood

Really original not- shrimp and not-octopus cocktail! Taste was very good and it was overall an incredibly original dish!
