I was at a trade show at the convention center in Rosemont Illinois this week.

Unfortunately we couldn’t find any vegan options at the convention center. Luckily we found Amitabul not too far away. All of the food we ordered from there was delicious. The mandoo dumplings were perfectly cooked with a delicious filling as well as two sauces to dip with. #veganinillinois

Really good though I wish it came with a dipping sauce of some kind. I

love dumplings. I was so excited to order anything off this menu and know that everything was completely vegan. I'm already looking forward to coming back.

LOVE these dumplings. Highly recommend. Comes with soy sauce and gochujang.
