This was such a nice discovery! The frolletta is an italian tart which base is

a dough made of flour, olive oil and salt. It is in this case filled with deliciously cooked veggies, among which mushrooms and onions. The preparation was delish! Though I felt afterwards that it coule have used slightly less salt (since both the dough and filling are well seasoned, the combo tends to taste a bit too salty for my liking).
At Amendula café, frolettas are served with a nice and simple side salad, which brings a nice lighter note to the dish.
This dish is very filling and costs 12,50€, which I find absolutely worth it considering its quality
