Wow. This thing is so good. One of my favorite vegan Mac and cheese things I’ve tried!!

Yo!!! If you are in Seattle, DO NOT miss this!! This is vegan mac n cheese with tempeh bacon bits rolled up in a ball and deep fried. Violently American and ridiculously good. The tempeh bacon really got my partner wondering HOW on Earth they did it, so realistic and smoky.
