Fresh and had good crunch.

Apple and Grapefruit gave some sweet and sour balance but really, the star of this dish were the candied sunflower seeds!

Not a fan of vegetables so this dish wasn’t my favorite ☹️ Taste was

okay but slightly bland overall!

Not a salad person myself but thought this was an interesting twist to the usual

salads I’ve tried. With grapefruit and green apple, definitely a more fruity and citrusy take on a salad. Worth a try.

Blends in well together, quite like all the vegan dishes here especially the good service.
