The presentation and taste is good, though I will recommend if the chilly sauce be
more spicy.
As for nutrition, it lacks vegetable. Since it is a plant based / vegetarian / vegan, why not give many vegetables? Make it colorful with vegetable, make it be a healthy food. Not just, not not healthy food..
And for the value, it is too expensive, given the portion and the ingredients used.
But, for the originality, it is good, the name is creative!
