I've never seen vegan crab rangoon before, so I knew I had to try it.
It didn't disappoint!
Not quite what I remember from my non-vegan days, but a really good approximation, and they were delicious. My non-vegan partner (who is squeamish about vegan cheese) even liked them! 😇 Creamy, salty, fishy, and crispy - super good.
