Yes what you're looking at is a #quiche but it actually melted into more of
a puddly mush from the delivery 🛵 it's been super hot and even 20 minutes out there in the heat turned this dish into an unrecognizable pile of creamy cheesey spinach with a crust at the bottom. It's another #rawvegan dish, so it was made from something that could not hold its own shape in the heat. I actually enjoyed it but mushed it into the salad and ate it all together so I'm not sure how to rate the quiche itself. I will say it was very rich and the melt factor probably had to do with coconut oil so it was heavy. It was a bit like eating pure #cashewcheese. I would actually prefer a studier quiche with a more egg like texture and flavour. This was more like a creamy savory cheesecake which I had never tried anything like it before so it was definitely worth a try once! 😄 79k
