Al pastor Tacos

The tacos were delicious but not the best. I felt like the were missing some flavor. I still liked them though and I would order them again and just add some hot sauce next time. I loved the rice it came with.

There wasn’t a second between bites of my entire plate that I wasn’t saying “We gotta move to Tucson” or “This is the best food I’ve ever had”. Spicy beautifulness. I’ve never eaten a garnish (marinated onions) like they were a dish on their own, but I cleaned my plate and contemplated seconds. Wish I lived even remotely near this place so I could become a regular. If they ever open one in Portland, OR... I’ll be first in line!
