If you like sushi you would love these the flavor and texture was great. I was surprised how much watermelon could seem like fish. This was a very creative and unique dish
Out of everything I tried at Planta, this was my least favorite. A bit bland IMO. The concept is cool but taste was lacking.
All my non vegan friends are obsessed with Planta & this watermelons sushi is so super creative & tasty!
Watermelon sushi is spectacular. So much flavor in a small bite too.
5/5 🍉 🍙 took my non vegan friends to eat here. they loved this and were impressed with other dishes. if you love watermelon, then you’ll love this! to the right is eggplant 🍆, also yum! 🤤 everything here is vegan with lots to choose from.
