African peanut stew

This was a really lovely bowl, but it lacked in seasoning and so the flavours never popped like I imagine they could. I added chilli, but that's my buzz. There's a light peanut taste. Lots of sweet potato. The rice was lekker. This was one of their specials for the day on Monday.
