Adelhaus in Freiburg im Breisgau is one of my favourite restaurants. I don’t know any
other restaurant that offers such a great #vegan-friendly #organic #healthy #buffet with a variety of unbelievably #delicious !! hot and cold options. It amazes me again and again how it’s possible that the food they offer tastes so well. I honestly could eat there every day. I also love the atmosphere in the restaurant, they have a beautiful little outside area where in the summer it’s very nice to sit. The only con is that they also offer some vegetarian options, which is really unnecessary plus these options could be veganized so easily. I sincerely wish they become a fully vegan restaurant one day.
