Mushroom Bomb

The mushroom bomb has been a favourite for years but now may be my second favourite because I can’t choose between it and the vegan crunchy. So at my birthday dinner this week I got both- had to take home the leftovers (not a bad thing). Aiko has inventive flavour bombs on a plate and never disappoints ❤️

Had a selection of the vegan sushi and it was lovely. So nice that they have options and experiment with different flavours and textures. Great option for a date night and they often have specials online

More incredible vegan sushi. Filled with avo, mushroom tempura, red pepper, rocket, sweet chilli sauce, mayonnaise and spring onion! Totally moreish and super delicious! The best sushi I have ever eaten.
