The vegan bowl here is no joke! It comes with two massive scoops of fresh

avocado. I got mine on a bed of lime herb quinoa (you can choose from brown rice, sushi rice or romaine lettuce) and a ton of delicious toppings like seaweed, cherry tomatoes and 🇯🇵cucumbers and finished off with furikake seasoning and sesame seeds. It's one of the healthiest things I can eat around the office!

I had the avopoke on a bed of quinoa with seaweed, tomatoes and 🇯🇵 cucumbers

and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Digging into this is so satisfying because every bite is a bit of avocado and quinoa with fresh veggies! Everything is super fresh and not overly seasoned. They also have a lot of fruit options like pineapple and mango and curious if anyone’s had those what you think?!

I got mine with half sushi rice and half quinoa, avocado poke, all the free

toppings and a side of kale chips.
The last time I had it I did not love it. But this time it was so much better! Flavours have improved and I felt like my base choices were better too!
Next time i’ll get the mango to try and see how I like it!
A little expensive but I think that’s pretty standard.

First time eating a poke! Actually it was just rice with chopped veggies on top

Anyway, it was pretty good! Fresh with a nice japanese-tasting seasoning, I particularly liked the seaweed.

First time trying this and it was actually better than expected. I got brown rice,

with tomatoes, seaweed, pickled beetroot, carrots, cucumber and the avocado miso dressing. The diff textures of the veggies were nice, especially the beetroot and the seaweed! And there was a good amount of avocado as well. Just found this to be very pricey though!

for money if you order through MealPal. The carrots and cucumber are bland though. Maybe some sauce over the rice? Or replace it with edamame?


My MealPal subscription was ending and I just had to get this again. This is

a slightly different variation with pomegranate instead of almonds, and with brown rice. The cherry tomatoes are marinated in their special shoyu sauce and is extra umami. I just love mixing this all up and getting the avocado and wakame all over my rice.

Oh man. Can’t go wrong with a heaping of luscious, creamy

avocado (100g! Possibly too much?) and a spread of fresh veggies atop a fluffy quinoa base. Feels like sin, but that’s just the power of wholesome, nourishing foods. Delicious, delicious, delicious.


I tried A Poke Theory last week, it was very flavourful and filling. The portion

is really generous too. This dish is definitely of the higher price point. I bought it at $12+, but it is worth it for a once a month treat. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I do wish there were more vegan options
