Vegan version of a typical recipe! The "meat" base is marinated seitan and it's incredibly
tasty. Accompained with potatoes, olives, and other legumes. Amazing!
Dish was ok. Had a fairly strong vinegar taste to it but not sure if
this is how the original recipe is made. Very filling meal.
