Tried this as part of a taster selection for a vegan food trail organised by
Green Nudge. Nasi lemak tasted very good with special sambal which was not spicy but rich in taste, made according to a “makcik’s” recipe. Served with homemade sundried tomato and olive bread, bruschetta with garlic, olive oil and tomatoes, a coconut milk yam pastry for dessert and freshly brewed black...
