to use tofu, tasted similar to our surprise! Just look at the colours and texture of the ‘meat’. Made perfectly. Perfection by the chefs! Went back to eat again in less than a week. too crispy / crunchy with the pairing of the fried tofu unagi, tempura mushroom & cucumber. Prefer Herbivore’s rendition altho much pricier
good this tasted. The unagi bits had generous pieces of seaweed and the sauce was just perfection. This dish is consistently good at lucky cat! Please try to order directly from their restaurant at hougang CC as grab charges high commissions which affects them + the costs are transferred to us as customers ☺️🐱
so close to the real deal! This maki has crispy enoki n crunchy cucumber inside, generous sweet sauce on the light crisp tofunagi.
