I loved this dish with the yellow noodles, but needing #glutenfree, and not wanting rice noodles, the mung bean noodles are a perfect option. Chose tofu and added veggies. Nicely spicy, hits the spot! 🌶️🧅🫑🥕🥦🍜🥢
