Strawberry Cupcake

I hated to share this cupcake but I had to share this amazing treat! It’s heavenly!!! Go get yourself a dozen, you won’t regret it!

I give this Vegan eatery 10 out of 10 stars, for sure!! I knew I was going to love this place as soon as I walked in. The ambiance was great, the service was impeccable, and the whole dining experience was wonderful. My husband and I explained to our waitress, Sophie, that we were celebrating our 20th Anniversary at 4th & State. Sophie surprised us at the end of our "date night dinner" with a Strawberry Cupcake! How sweet?! It was soft, fluffy, and moist. This fresh Strawberry Cupcake melted in my mouth! It was bursting with strawberry flavor. Strawberries are one of my all-time favorite fruits, and I love strawberry flavors in a moist and fluffy cupcake more than anything else.
