Fried meatballs in spicy sauce made with tomato, rose and chilli. Crispy skin and juicy
inside👍🏻 Instead of beyond meat only, they also mixed in some veggies mainly carrots & onions. The sauce has a good balance of flavours, not too salty with a note of sweet and sour. Perfect to serve with a bowl of warm rice or pita bread😚 However I'm just curious where the rose is lol
One down side is that it's a bit overpriced (HKD95) for 6 small pcs of meatballs in a sauce without any other ingredients such as veggies and legumes. But after all, this dish is still 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 on the aspect of texture & taste.
P.S. It's stated on the menu as "very spicy" but in my opinion it's not spicy at all😂
