Alright, this dish I thought was fantastic 😋 The #gongbao was moderately #spicy but had a moistness to the sauce that allowed for the spread of the flavour across more of the food mass (#whiterice is excellent for this purpose 😀) The #fakemeat #chicken was crisped up on the outside but still tender/juice inside - masterful technique! 👏 Served with some #babycorn, #capsicum, #carrot slices, and scary looking #redchilli 😁
