This is my other favourite dish at Duli. Creative, a combination of soft and crunchy textures, and delicious. The bun is pillowy and the fritter has good umami flavour that’s a lovely contrast to the pickled cabbage.
No wonder it’s their No.1 specialty dish #Duli! With such a poetic name 😆 The bun design resembles another typical Chinese dish but Duli makes the mince a vegan design with chickpeas, corns and other veggies! Really nice!
