#turnip, #radish, or #carrot, that is the question 😬 Very much something #lostintranslation 😅 Anyhow, this is lightly fried so crispy on the outside but soft and mushy inside. Most recipes for this dish are #accidentallyvegan (the wait staff was no help whatsoever so I used the taste test), and what you're looking out for is whether they serve it with sweet sauce on the side (which sometimes contains fish sauce). We had this plain 😐
