Okay I digress, this was a really tasty #friedrice, swimming in grease and flavour and with just enough of a hint of the promised drupe 😋 Who says something needs to be deep-fried for me to claim that #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease 😊
There are cuts of #fakemeat (#charsiew? 🤔) in this, along with bits and pieces of random vegetables (#cabbage #caixin for sure). A generous enough serving, and one that went nicely with some wasabi seaweed I had lying around in my cupboard 😉
