Yep let's address the elephant in the room, that is egg that you see 😪 I don't know why they don't just use radio buttons for the choice between egg and no-egg. I followed their instructions to the letter, specifying in the remarks section that I didn't want any egg (2nd picture), and look what good that did 😒
The insult added to injury is that the egg added absolutely nothing whatsoever to the glorious flavour of this #yeemee dish. It had #wokhei, it had that beautiful umami quality, the #crispy #noodles dovetailed wonderfully with the other ingredients - #fishcake and #carrot and #cabbage and #oystermushroom 🥲 Just why 😩
