川味涼粉 Sze-Chuan Mala Cold Noodles

It has quite a moderately strong kick to it. Very appetizing due to the sourness from the vinegar, paired together with the heat and spice from the mala sauce, topped with crushed peanut bits and coriander. The noodles are cooling, but not too cold as well. Really liked this dish 😋
