宫保豆腐 Dried Chilli Tofu

Nothing extraordinary, but a very pleasant #tofu based dish 🙂 Not particularly spicy, they cooked the shit out of those #driedchilli things ostensibly 😅 The #gongbao sauce was thick and tasty, a great complement for the firm tofu. Sliced #carrot, #okra, and a couple of other random leaves completed the set 🙃
