妈咪猴头菇 Deep-fried Hericium with Marmite Sauce

It was a double dose of #hericiummushroom, as the group showed a distinct preference for shrooms over more chemical forms of #fakemeat 😏 These were fried to a glorious crisp, and the #marmite helped balance the joys of savoury and sweet 🙂 Didn't last long on the table 😁
