咕噜肉饭 Chinese Sweet and Sour Pork Rice

This was solid I guess, if unspectacular. The #sweetandsour was the kind of inoffensive, 7/10 thing that you can trot out if you're catering for people whose tastes you don't 100% know 🤷‍♂️ For #veganmeat #pork they chose #hericiummushroom. And they garnished it with #tomato, #cucumber, and the #evilweed. Surprisingly no pineapple! Which is just as well, pineapple doesn't belong in anything savoury, as we all know 😏
