三鲜豆腐 Tofu with Three Delicacies

These were the first vegetables I ate in days and my body was so happy to receive them, hehe, life on vacation… A saucy mix of #silkentofu , #mushrooms , #peas, #bambooshoots and #plantbased #sausage , of course all accompanied by some white rice. Chinese food, man😍

A relatively mild dish, with soft silken #tofu and then some #mushroom #bambooshoots and fake #sausage for a bit of variation. The meal probably needed this because the other stuff had slightly more dominant notes! This Gongdelin branch is in the French concession and the outdoor dining area has incredible vibes!
