Gudness is an innovative plant-based alternative to conventional deli meats exclusively developed & produced in South Africa. The base ingredients are soy and pea protein. Our products are completely egg, dairy and meat free, making it totally suitable for both vegetarian and vegan diets. The motivation for launching the range is to offer an option to flexitarians who partake in events like Meat-Free Mondays or just want to consume less meat for health, religious or animal welfare reasons.
