🇯🇵Bento made with love. Reminds me of the manga scenes~
🍄I must say the grilled mushroom is the star. Shitake must have been treated with care to not have the musky mushroom taste, but retain the umami flavour. Grilling really pushed the marinade flavour into the mushroom as well~
🥬Complimented with their also taste tofu edamame, and a side of seasonal veg. Love the lotus root!
🍘All on top of mixed grain rice. Personally it would be great to have totally whole grain mixes, but I guess that's not very reflective of Japanese cuisine~
