The bread was toasted to perfection, it had the desired crunch as you bite into the sandwich.
I would have enjoyed more hummus, but the sandwich was still tasty with the eggplant and tomato.
The sweet chilli sauce in a cute little dish with a tiny spoon was a really nice extra.
A little corner cafe in a quaint town overlooking a church all made it pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the meal.
